Do I need any equipment?
Most sessions are designed to be done with no equipment. If optional items are suggested (such as light dumbbells or a yoga block), you can usually replace them with household alternatives or simply follow the no-equipment version.
What format do I receive after purchase?
All programs are delivered in digital format. You’ll receive access to HD video-based training through our online platform (and any included guidance materials listed on the product page). You can watch from your phone, tablet, or desktop.
How long do I have access to the program?
